Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 374 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9, PLVAP, and H2BC1. Each is linked with SYT10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT10-to-partner and partner-to-SYT10 results are reported.
