SYT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,762 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HK2, ARFGEF3, and NAXE. Each is linked with SYT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT1-to-partner and partner-to-SYT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT1 versus HK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
