SYS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,709 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APC, KLF13, and SLMAP. Each is linked with SYS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYS1-to-partner and partner-to-SYS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
