Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,124 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Mitotic centrosome separation. Each is linked with SYS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYS1-to-partner and partner-to-SYS1 results are reported.
