SYPL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,139 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYPL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP12, LAMB2, and COL18A1. Each is linked with SYPL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL2-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYPL2 versus AKAP12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
