SYPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,076 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, H3Y1, and MTCO2P9. Each is linked with SYPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL2-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by SYPL2-low versus SYPL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
