SYPL1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYPL1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,737 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYPL1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT6H, SMARCA5, and ADNP. Each is linked with SYPL1P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL1P2-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYPL1P2 versus SUPT6H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYPL1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYPL1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
