Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,619 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL1, PGAM1_S31, and TCEAL4. Each is linked with SYP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYP-to-partner and partner-to-SYP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYP versus TCEAL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
