Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,285 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYP-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, COG6, and PRPSAP2. Each is linked with SYP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYP-to-partner and partner-to-SYP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VRK1 grouped by SYP-low versus SYP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
