Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYP-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, A-Raf_pS299, and ERK2. Each is linked with SYP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYP-to-partner and partner-to-SYP results are reported.
