SYP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1 and BPIFA1. Each is linked with SYP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYP-to-partner and partner-to-SYP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LILRA1 grouped by SYP-low versus SYP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
