Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNPR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,519 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PRODH, and GRK3. Each is linked with SYNPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPR-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNPR versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
