Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,443 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are IER3, RBM11, and CAMKV. Each is linked with SYNPR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPR-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNPR versus IER3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
