SYNPO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNPO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNPO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUBB6, SYNPO_S833, and LGALS1. Each is linked with SYNPO in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPO-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNPO versus TUBB6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
