Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,166 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPN, UBE2T, and ORC1. Each is linked with SYNPO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPO-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPN grouped by SYNPO-low versus SYNPO-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
