Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNPO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SYNPO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPO-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by SYNPO-low versus SYNPO-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
