SYNPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M3, NLRP8, and KLHL34. Each is linked with SYNPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPO-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2M3 grouped by SYNPO-low versus SYNPO-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
