SYNJ2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNJ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,176 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNJ2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX9, SH3PXD2B, and PELO. Each is linked with SYNJ2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNJ2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNJ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNJ2 versus SNX9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNJ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNJ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
