SYNJ2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNJ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,665 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNJ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAT, SNX9, and ADAMTS12. Each is linked with SYNJ2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNJ2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNJ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNJ2 versus PLAT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNJ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNJ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
