Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYNGR4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SYNGR4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SYNGR4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYNGR4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, LAML, and THCA are the cancer types where SYNGR4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
