Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,958 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, and Homologous chromosome pairing at meiosis. Each is linked with SYNGR4 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR4-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR4 results are reported.
