Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNGR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCARA3, CLU, and MYLK. Each is linked with SYNGR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR4-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNGR4 versus SCARA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNGR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNGR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
