Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,042 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-24P, RN7SL74P, and OR8B12. Each is linked with SYNGR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR4-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR4 results are reported.
