SYNGR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNGR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLITRK3, NPY2R, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with SYNGR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR4-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK3 grouped by SYNGR4-low versus SYNGR4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNGR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNGR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
