SYNGR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,458 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACOT7, KCNAB2_S9, and BASP1_T36. Each is linked with SYNGR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNGR3 versus ACOT7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNGR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNGR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
