Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,982 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNGR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT16, CHRDL1, and RERGL. Each is linked with SYNGR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNGR3 versus GALNT16 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
