Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNGR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNGR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, INSM2, and VWC2L. Each is linked with SYNGR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADRA1A grouped by SYNGR3-low versus SYNGR3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNGR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNGR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
