Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNGR3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRUNE1, ANAPC1, and RPRD2. Each is linked with SYNGR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR3 results are reported.
