SYNGR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,220 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHBDF2, TMC6, and UBALD2. Each is linked with SYNGR2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNGR2 versus RHBDF2 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNGR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNGR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
