Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS1, SYDE1, and SLC39A11. Each is linked with SYNGR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR2 results are reported.
