Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,126 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGAT3, MDH1, and MAPKAPK2. Each is linked with SYNGR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNGR1 versus MGAT3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
