Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LKB1, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with SYNGR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR1 results are reported.
