Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,789 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNGR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Synaptic vesicle membrane organization, Regulation of short-term neuronal synaptic plasticity, and Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SYNGR1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR1 results are reported.
