Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,566 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SOX10, and SLC16A8. Each is linked with SYNGAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
