SYNGAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,270 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSD, CROCC, and SUGP2. Each is linked with SYNGAP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
