Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 381 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L6, CPLX4, and NUP58. Each is linked with SYNGAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGAP1 results are reported.
