Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMPK_alpha, MSH6, and MSH2. Each is linked with SYNE4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE4-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMPK_alpha grouped by SYNE4-low versus SYNE4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
