SYNE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,314 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, GGT5, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with SYNE3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNE3 versus DAB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
