Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,624 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL12, SERPINF1, and ADPRH. Each is linked with SYNE3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNE3 versus CXCL12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
