Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,956 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PECAM1, ELMO1, and ENTPD1. Each is linked with SYNE3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNE3 versus PECAM1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
