SYNE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, EGFR_pY1068, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with SYNE3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by SYNE3-low versus SYNE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
