SYNE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 377 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL6A5, GPR3, and OR4X2. Each is linked with SYNE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL6A5 grouped by SYNE3-low versus SYNE3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
