Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,274 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERG28, DAAM1, and MNAT1. Each is linked with SYNE2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNE2 versus ERG28 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
