SYNE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, YAP_pS127, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SYNE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SYNE2-low versus SYNE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
