Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,782 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament-based transport, Nuclear migration, and Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation. Each is linked with SYNE2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE2 results are reported.
