SYNE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,016 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACBD5, PSMB5, and P4HA1. Each is linked with SYNE2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACBD5 grouped by SYNE2-low versus SYNE2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
