Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,270 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, PARVA, and PDLIM7. Each is linked with SYNE1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNE1 versus TLN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
