Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,733 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, SHISAL1, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with SYNE1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNE1 versus LMOD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
