SYNE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, GTF2E2, and COQ3. Each is linked with SYNE1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L1 grouped by SYNE1-low versus SYNE1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
