SYNE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,971 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP1, MDK, and FBXL4. Each is linked with SYNE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAP1 grouped by SYNE1-low versus SYNE1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
